Low-calorie homemade ice-cream
This is a recipe for ice-cream which is extremely easy to make and low in calories, because it is made from milk, not cream. It is also quite useful, since it contains vegetable gums – guar and xanthan.
Ingredients
500 ml milk
2 tsp stevia powder
3 ml guar gum
1 ml xanthan gum
3 ml vanilla sugar powder
Instructions
Mix everything well with a blender. Put into a freezer for about 2 hours. Take the ice-cream out and mix it again with a mixer, breaking up the crystals. When it is ready, it resembles a slightly melted down ice-cream. You can experiment with this recipe, adding carob, chicory, berries, fruits, nuts – everything your heart desires!
Offer it to Krishna and enjoy the Prasadam!
