Semolina cake recipe

This is an extremely easy-to-make pie with semolina, fruits and nuts. You can choose the fruits and nuts to your liking.

Ingredients:

Semolina – 200 g

Flour – 200 g

Sour cream – 200 g

Yoghurt or kefir – 200 g

Sugar – 200 g

Baking powder – 1.5 tsp

Nuts – 100 g

Dried or fresh fruits or berries – 100 g

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything together (if you use nuts, fresh or dried fruits – chop them into pieces). The consistency of the dough should be somewhat like that of ice-cream.
  2. Pour the dough into a baking dish that has been greased with oil. (If you use fresh fruits you can cut them into small slices and not mix them with semolina, flour, sugar and liquids, but press them into the dough when it is already in the baking dish).
  3. Bake the semolina cake in the oven at about 180-200°C until golden brown.
  4. Offer the cake to Krishna and enjoy the prasadam.
